| WSC INTRODUCES ATI-PHYSICAL THERAPY: ATHLETIC TRAINERS |
ATI Physical Therapy is now the Official Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine -Athletic Training Program of WSC. With locations in Mequon, Kenosha, Milwaukee, New Berlin, Greenfield and Waukesha there is a location to fit your athletic physical therapy needs. Troy Gauger, & Kelly Smith of ATI are the official athletic trainers of WSC. One of them will be present at games once per week for injury assessment and be available for consultation.
ATI Physical Therapy is a sports medicine based physical therapy clinic. ATI is the official Physical Therapy partner of the Milwaukee Brewers and was recently ranked as one Milwaukee's top workplaces by the Business Journal of Milwaukee.
Benefits provided by ATI Physical Therapy to WSC:
1. Free Weekly injury evaluations at practices for approximately an hour. You may call your athletic training staff for injury advice between site visits. Schedule will be listed on WSC website.
2. Help with scheduling appointments with a physician or to get physical therapy within 24-48 hours of injury (in most cases) and often the same day if needed.
3. Your Athletic Trainer will stay in contact with your Physician or Physical Therapist through the course of the entire injury care, to monitor progress and ensure proper return to play with little or no time lost.
4. Assist teams with proper stretching techniques, warm up and cool down activities.
5. Information Seminars, Nutrition, Sports Medicine, Hydration ACL Injury prevention or other requested talks.
6. If you need to tape up your ankle for more stability on the field, bring whatever you need and Troy/Kelly/Kevan will be happy to tape it up for you.

In addition they generally can get you started in therapy within 24 hour.
